Return policy

We always thrive to provide the best quality items. If for any reason you’re not happy with the product you can return it within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Before returning the product please ensure that you get in touch with us via email. Please use the original packaging for return, or adequate packaging to ensure the integrity of the product.

The postage and/or packaging cost is non-refundable, in case of a return the original buyer have to cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure using a trackable return service to avoid loss of product.

We can offer partial refund on any item not in it’s original condition, used, damaged or partially missing, depending on it’s condition at the time of receiving.

We aim to complete the refund process within 5 working days of the receipt of product. A confirmation email will be sent to you to keep you updated.
