Delivery

There are several options available to receive your product.

If you choose Collection 1 at the check out we will not charge you for packaging and posting. We will get in touch with you via email to arrange a date and time once your item is ready for pick up. The place of collection is in NN1 5EW (Northampton), exact address will be provided to you via email.

You also have an option to use the choice of your own courier service, if you wish to do so please choose Collection 2 at the check out. In this case you will receive an email with the pick up address, weight and sizes of your packaged item. Please note that in the interest of safe transport, your item will be adequately packaged which – in some instances – can even double the weight of the package. You would have to reply to our email including the shipping label you receive from your courier which we will use to hand over the package. Please note that with this solution we will not be able to take responsibility for the transit time nor any other shipping related issues.

If you wish us to arrange delivery for you just choose Delivery at the check out. Our shipping partners are Yodel and DPD. The price for delivery is £3 for packages below 1kg weight, and £5 for packages over 1kg weight within the UK. In case of buying multiple items at the same time the postage will only be invoiced once, if you’re spending over £150 at a single transaction the postage will be free of charge. When placing items in the shopping cart the system will automatically add the relevant shipping charge according to the weight of the item, which is also listed separately. All items will be packaged adequately for safe transport free of charge.

Typical transit times are 3-4 working days within UK Mainland. For shipping charges and delivery times outside the UK please contact us via email. Please note that there might be delays during peak periods which is out of our control, but if you don’t receive your package within 7 working days please get in touch via email.

In case the package is returned to us due to non-acceptance we will charge £8 for the re- sending. If you do not wish us to re-send we will deduct £4 from your refund, please note the original postage charge is non-refundable.

International Delivery

We are excited to announce that we now offer international shipping! Our goal is to make our products accessible to you, no matter where you are in the world.

For our international customers, we have a range of shipping options to suit your needs. The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination country and the weight of your package. A detailed table of shipping rates by country and weight will be available on our website for your reference.

We partner with reliable international couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. Typical transit times for international deliveries are 5-7 working days depending on the destination.

Very important!!! We can not take responsibility for loss or delay if you have given us incorrect details, please always double check before finalising your order. Our shipping partners will always ask for a contact phone number, please make sure it is provided.

We will do everything out of our power to ensure your package will arrive to you safely. In case of any damage or partial loss during transit please get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours from delivery. Please email us with the identification of your package (tracking number), a description of damage/loss and attach picture evidence so we can handle your claim appropriately. Without these we will not be able to accept your claim enquiry.
